What is an NSF (Non-Sufficient Funds)?

NSF is short for Non-Sufficient Funds and occurs when there are not sufficient available funds in your account to cover the amount of a transaction.

As a result, the financial institution will deny the transaction and charge an NSF fee. See our Service Fees for our current NSF fee.
