How do I change my personal contact information (address, phone number, email, text)?

To change your personal contact information

1. Log into Achieva Online Banking

2. Click on your name and select "Profile & Settings"

3. Go to "Primary Contact Information" and click "Manage my Information"

4. Edit your information as required and click "Save Changes"

To change the contact information for your Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

1. Log into Achieva Online Banking

2. Click on your name and select "Profile & Settings"

3. Go to "Security Settings" and click "Two-Factor Authentication"

4. Edit your email and/or text number

To change the contact information for your Account Alerts

1. Log into Online Banking

2. Click on your name and select "Profile & Settings"

3. Go to "Primary Contact Information" and click "Manage my Information"

4. Edit your information as required

To change the email and text used for Alerts and Two-Factor Authentication

1. Log into the Achieva Mobile App

2.Go to the "More" menu

3.Select "Profile & Settings"

4. Under "Two-Factor Authentication" Edit your contact information

5.Click "Verify"

6.After you have made the above changes, go to the "Alerts" menu to confirm changes for your selected alerts
