What if I forgot my Online Banking password?

If you have Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your account and 2FA was not set up or changed within the last 30 days:

  1. Go to Achieva Online Banking
  2. Click "Forgot your Password" on the login page
  3. Enter the one-time code that you received via text or email
  4. Follow the instructions to create your new password

If you do not have Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your account or if you changed or setup 2FA in the last 30 days:

  • Contact us at (204) 925-6824 or 1-877-224-4382 from 8am - 6pm (CST) Monday to Friday to reset your password.

If you have Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your account and did not set it up or change your email/text contact in the last 30 days:

1.Go to the Achieva Mobile App

2. Click "Forgot your Password" on the Login Page

3. Enter your User ID (or member number) and click "Continue"

4. Enter the one-time code that you received via text or email & follow the instructions to create your new password

If you have Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your account and did not set it up or change your email/text contact in the last 30 days:

  • Go to the Online Banking or Mobile App tabs for further instructions
