I am receiving a "bad PIN" error message at the ATM; what does that mean?
If you are receiving an error message, your ATM card may be blocked or you may need to reset your PIN.
You can reset your PIN at a Credit Union ATM.
If you do not remember your PIN, you will need to order a new ATM card.
