How do I get a void cheque?

To get a void cheque

1. Log into Achieva Online Banking

2. On the home page, go to the account that you need a void cheque and click "Options"

3. Select "Download Pre-Authorized Form"

The Pre-Authorized Form can be used in place of a void cheque. It includes all the information you need to set up a direct deposit or preauthorized withdrawal.

If you have cheques for your account write "VOID" across the cheque in large letters. Be sure not to write over the coding at the bottom of the cheque.
