How do I transfer funds to/from other financial institutions?

In Achieva Online Banking, you can use Achieva Direct Transfer to transfer to/from an account at another financial institution.

To set up Achieva Direct Transfer, you will need the account information, bank information and a voided cheque for the account at the other financial institution.


Please allow a minimum of 3 business days to process Achieva Direct Transfers.

Maximum per Achieva Direct Transfer: $1,000,000 (If over $1,000,000 - please call us for assistance)


1. Log in to Achieva Online Banking

2. Go to "Transfers" tab

3. Select "Achieva Direct Transfer" in left-hand menu

4. Select "Transfer"

5. Choose the account that you wish to transfer funds from/to

6. Enter the amount of transfer

7. Click "Submit"

8. Review the details on the confirmation screen

  - Click "OK" to proceed if all is correct

  - Click "Cancel" to edit or cancel the transfer

9. You can select "Print" to retain a copy of the pending transfer

10. Click "Close"
