How do I set up Two-Factor Authentication?

To set up Two-Factor Authentication in Achieva Online Banking

  1. Login to Achieva Online Banking
  2. Select "Account Services" from the left hand menu
  3. Select "Security Settings"
  4. Select "Two-Factor Authentication"
  5. Click "Get Code" beside the email or text that will receive the verification code
  6. Enter the one-time code that you received via text or email and click "Verify"*
  7. Click "Activate"

*Repeat steps 5 & 6 for another email or text if you wish

To set up Two-Factor Authentication in the Achieva Mobile App

  1. Login to the Achieva Mobile App
  2. Go to the "More" menu
  3. Select "Two-Factor Authentication"
  4. Click "Get Code" beside the email or text that will receive the verification code
  5. Enter the one-time code that you received via text or email and click "Verify"*
  6. Click "Activate"
