How do I set up Two-Factor Authentication?

To set up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) in Online Banking

1. Log into Achieva Online Banking

2. Click on your name and select "Profile & Settings"

3. Below "Security Settings", click "Two-Factor Authentication"

4. On the activation page, enter your email address, mobile phone number or both

5. Click “Get Code” to have your contact information verified.

6. Enter the code you received by email or text

7. Click “Activate Two-Factor Authentication”

For the highest level of security, we recommend the default setting of "Always require 2FA at login"

To set up Two-Factor Authentication in the Achieva Mobile App

  1. Login to the Achieva Mobile App
  2. Go to the "More" menu
  3. Select "Two-Factor Authentication"
  4. Click "Get Code" beside the email or text that will receive the verification code
  5. Enter the one-time code that you received via text or email and click "Verify"*
  6. Click "Activate"


*Repeat steps 5 & 6 for another email or text if you wish
