For added security, you can login to the Achieva Mobile App using Touch ID or Face ID.

The first time you login to the Achieva Mobile App

Your device will prompt you to set up Touch ID or Face ID

• Apple Devices will give you the option to enable Touch ID or Face ID
• Android Devices will give you the option to enable Biometrics

Setting up Touch ID or Face ID in the Mobile App

1. You must have "Remember me" activated on the homepage

2. Go to the "More" menu

3. Set Touch ID or Face ID (Biometrics for Android devices) to "On" or "Off"
