How can I modify a pending bill payment?

To modify a pending bill payment

  1. Login to Achieva Online Banking
  2. Click "Bill Payments"
  3. Click "Modify Pending Txns"
  4. Select the transaction you want to modify from the drop-down list
  5. Enter the required changes
  6. Click "Submit"


To modify a pending bill payment

  1. Login to the Achieva Mobile App
  2. Go to  "Move Money" menu
  3. Select "Pay Bills"
  4. Select "Pending"
  5. Click the arrow beside the payment you want to modify
  6. Click "Edit" and enter the required changes
  7. Click "Submit
