How do I set up a direct deposit into my Achieva account?

1. Log into Online Banking

2. Select the three dots next to the account you want to direct deposit to and select "Download Pre-authorized Form”.

3. Select "Pre-authorized Deposit”. The form will contain all the information you need to set up a direct deposit.
