To set up a Direct Deposit
1. Log into Achieva Online Banking
2. Scroll to find the account you want to receive the direct deposit
3. Click "Options" and select "Download Pre-authorized Form"
4. Select "Pre-authorized Deposit"
5. Click "Print Document"
Complete and provide this document to the institution or company that will be making the deposit in your account.
