At Achieva, we are committed to maximizing your return and limiting our fees. Which is why we have not increased any of our service fees in over five years.
However, since our last service fee change in 2018, operating and payments processing costs have risen significantly, therefore we will be making incremental changes to select service fees effective September 1, 2024.
In October 2005, we launched our innovative Green for Green program, encouraging Achieva customers to receive their account documents online and receiving $1/month for doing so. No other financial services provider offered this type of incentive.
The goal was to allow customers to manage their banking documents electronically, while improving our operational efficiency and saving millions of pages of unnecessary paper.
The Green for Green program has proven a resounding success for Achieva, our customers and the environment!
85% of Achieva’s Online Banking customers now receive their account documents electronically.
Together, we are saving more than 600,000 sheets of paper every year by not printing and mailing these monthly statements, tax receipts, maturity notices and other documents.
Having achieved these milestones, Achieva will be sunsetting the Green for Green program, with the last $1/month incentive being paid to customers on August 31, 2024.
Achieva will be reallocating the cost of the incentive program towards the ongoing development of the best possible digital banking experience for our customers. This strategic investment in digital banking will ensure we remain relevant to our customers now and far into the future.
