New Joint Account Login

ACHIEVA ONLINE BANKING & MOBILE APP

To enhance your online banking security, we are changing the way you log into your joint account.

To enable stronger security and authentication, we are changing how you log into your joint account via Achieva Online Banking and the Achieva Mobile App.

This is also an important step in providing personalized service that aligns with the evolving landscape of digital banking.

The login change is being rolled out to joint accounts only.

Prior to the start of the login change, we will send advance notification to the email address on file.

What you will need to do

On the date the login change is scheduled to start:

  • A window will pop up when you attempt to log into your joint account via Achieva Online Banking or the Achieva Mobile App.
  • Each customer on the joint account will need to follow the on-screen instructions to change their login credentials.

New User ID and Password

  • Each customer on the joint account will need to create a new User ID and a new Password.
Once created, you will be prompted to log into your joint account using the new User ID and Password.

Alerts and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

  • Each customer on the joint accounts will need to setup 2FA and their desired Account Alerts.
2FA protects against unauthorized online access.

Things to note before changing your login credentials:

  • Mobile App: If you are using the Achieva Mobile App, you will need to update to the latest version of the app before changing your login credentials.
  • Identification: You will need to input your ATM/Debit Card number or the last 4 digits of your Social Insurance Number to authenticate yourself before proceeding to change your login credentials.
  • Contact Information: You will be prompted to enter your current contact information. Providing both email and mobile/text is recommended to ensure you continue to receive 2FA codes, alerts and other important account updates without interruption.
