We will be launching our fully redesigned Achieva Online Banking on June 5th, 2024.

  • A fresh look and feel
  • New home page to quickly view and access your accounts
  • Customizable display: grid view or list view
  • Responsive on all devices, including desktop, tablet, laptop and phone

Quicker Login

  • Remember Me feature will automatically remember your Account Number/User ID when you login
  • Account Number/User ID and password entered on same screen

Intuitive Navigation

  • Simplified menu for easy navigation
  • Quick Links to move money, add accounts, purchase investments

New Functionality

  • Add Account feature to instantly add a savings account to your existing account
  • Same-Day Bill Cancellation option to self-manage your payments
  • Recurring Deposit feature to schedule regular contributions to your variable TFSA or RRSP
  • Bill Payments for government and other bill types, all in one place
    Note that each bill payment will need to be submitted separately
  • Account Messages will be posted to Online Banking (same as Mobile App) & Secure Messages will all be retrievable after being read

New Joint Account Login

(for Achieva Online Banking & Mobile App)

To further enhance security and authentication:

  • Each joint account holder will need to setup:
    • New User ID and Password
    • New Alerts & Two-Factor Authentication
    • New Authentication ID
  • The new User ID will replace your account number when you log in to your joint account.
  • We will ask you for the new Authentication ID when you contact us about your joint account.

Joint account holders will receive detailed instructions prior to launch date.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to do anything to prepare for the launch of the new online banking?

Please ensure that your email address is current so that we can provide you information regarding the launch.There is no other action required on your part prior to the launch date.

Will there be any downtime?

To prepare for the launch, Achieva Online Banking & the Achieva Mobile App will be unavailable from 7:00 - 8:00 am on June 5th.  

Will I have to change my login password?

Upon launch, joint accounts will need to setup a new User ID and password to log into Achieva Online Banking and the Achieva Mobile App.

Non-joint accounts will continue to use their current login credentials.

Will this affect what I have already setup on my account (ex. alerts, two-factor authentication (2FA), e-Transfer, bill payments, electronic documents, etc.)

Upon launch, joint accounts will need to setup new alerts and two-factor authentication; all other setups will not be affected.

For non-joint accounts, all existing setups will be immediately available in the new online banking.

Will the Achieva Mobile App change?

This launch is for Achieva Online Banking only, which you access via your desktop, laptop or tablet.
