How do I change my personal contact information (address, phone number, email, text)?

To change your contact information

  1. Login to Achieva Online Banking
  2. Click "Have a change of address?" to change your address
  3. Click "Changed your email address?" to change your email and text


To change the email and text information used for Alerts

  1. Login to Achieva Online Banking
  2. Select “Account Services”
  3. Select “Manage My Contact Info”
  4. Select “Manage My Email/Text Info”
  5. Enter the required updates
  6. Click "Submit"


To change the email and text information used for Two-Factor Authentication

  1. Log into Achieva Online Banking
  2. Select “Account Services”
  3. Select “Security Settings”
  4. Select “Two-Factor Authentication”
  5. Enter the required change and click “Get Code”
  6. Enter the code and click “Verify”
  7. Click “Update”

You can change your contact information in Achieva Online Banking - go back to the Online tab for instructions


To change the email and text used for Alerts and Two-Factor Authentication

  1. Login to the Achieva Mobile App
  2. Go to the “More” menu
  3. Select “Two-Factor Authentication”
  4. Edit your contact information
  5. Click "Verify"
  6. After you have made the above changes, go to the "Alerts" menu
  7. Confirm changes for your selected alerts
